Information to Include

To help YKL route a request, include:

the YKL account email;
organization name, if applicable;
a concise description of the request;
the relevant feature or Connected Platform;
the date and time of the issue; and
a non-sensitive screenshot where helpful.

For a privacy or deletion request, also identify the data or account covered by the request and the requester's authority.

Do Not Send Secrets

Do not send:

account passwords;
third-party platform passwords;
API keys or client secrets;
access tokens or refresh tokens;
OAuth authorization codes;
webhook secrets;
private keys;
full payment-card numbers;
real callback query parameters; or
unredacted provider error payloads.

YKL will not ask for these items by ordinary email. If sensitive diagnostic information is genuinely required, YKL will provide an appropriate secure method.

Response and Verification

YKL will use reasonable efforts to acknowledge and route requests promptly. Response and resolution times depend on request complexity, verification, platform involvement, security risk, and applicable law.

YKL generally aims to complete verified deletion requests from active systems within 30 days, unless a shorter period is required by a platform or law.

To protect users and organizations, YKL may verify identity, account control, organization role, and authority before taking action.
